My car was sporadically giving me trouble starting. I brought it there. They "fixed it". I paid bill for car home - same exact thing happening. Called and left two voicemails no return call. Called and spoke to "Stephanie" and she said they were booked for two weeks and if I brought it in "maybe" they could get to it. Sorry but if I already paid you to fix something and it isn't fixed, I'm a priority now to you if you want my business. Not happy.
OMG!!!...Stay away...My car broke down, needed a catalytic converter. They ordered the wrong part 6 times, the asst manager was very sarcastic with a hugh ego, i talked to the general manager, his response was that he doesnt know whats going on in repairs, he is only salaes, the owner pawned off the reponsibilty back to the asst. manager. In total I waited for my car for 5 weeks, finally had it with there excuses and picked my car up....drove it to a private mechanic and it was done in 2 days....im telling you, they have no ... read more
