I am trying to get through to your work and keep getting the number not in service. Can I get a new number for contacting you?
I first will say that Dr. Grainger is excellent at what he does. However, getting through to book an appointment is not excellent. I have been trying for months (no exaggeration) to book an appointment. No one is answering, and sorry, but I don't have a 'remote access code'. There isn't even a way to leave a message. Disappointing,to say the least.
I'd give 10 STAR ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ review if I could. On a personal note ~ I'm NOT GOOD WITH CHANGE ! My former eye doctor had retired from this practice at 617 Princess Street. Dr. Grainger took over that same office. I've now been seeing him for several years. He made me very comfortable in his office environment. He's knowledgeable & has decades of experience.
