My Aunt was a tenant at one of their complex for many years. I say was because she recently passed away. Over the years and dealing with a lady named Carol things were never fixed or resolved. My aunt complained of black mold growing,(which today 6/28/19) we found out she/they knew about all these years but refused to fix or properly address. The foundation of the apartments is diminished. I called many times over a two week period and spoke several times to a woman named Carol, who always answered the phone. She disregarded my many requests to view a property, she never called me back, even though she said she would. She was rude, incompetent and NASTY! I would never use this real estate co. nor recommend it to anyone.
