We bought this property sight unseen from clean across the country. Stephanie made multiple visits to the property on our behalf, even doing extensive FaceTime sessions so we could see every detail of the property. Would highly recommend her services. She is the best.

Stephanie has been the best agent to work with. She truly cares and listens to all our questions, big or small. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about all things selling & buying. She took her time to help us look at multiple homes and gave us the time & space to look at them and discuss what we liked or didn't.
If you are thinking of moving or purchasing a home in Mesquite I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. We reside in Florida and she has been such a help in getting our property closed in Mesquite. In my opinion, there is only one realtor in Mesquite and Stephanie Cannon is the one.
