I had a ****** BTU State water heater installed in March 0f 2023. For the first 2 weeks of operation, we had no trouble with it. Around the 2nd week of April, the water heater started to make popping noises and loud bangs right after the morning shower. It sounded like it was going to explode. I'm actually afraid to leave the house now, not knowing what I'll come home to. I emailed the owner several times, but to date, nothing has been done to alleviate this issue!So, in closing, BUYER BEWARE- Maybe look elsewhere.............. read more
