Your repair man was polite and looked everything over.
Jesse was our technician and he was absolutely great. He dove into our furnace issue much deeper than I expected. He told us in detail what our issues were and what was needed to correct them. He looked into things that could potentially cause us problem down the road and took steps to take care of them now. He also did everything within his power to help us get parts covered under warranty. His communication was super! We couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much Jesse and Robert Gibb & Sons.

Bob, the tech who came out was extremely pleasant and explained to me what was wrong with my furnace. It took him very little time to repair it which was nice as it was cold out. The woman who took my phone call was very receptive and reassured me that someone would be out on that day with a preceding phone call. When the heat is out and it is subzero, it is very nice to be treated well even though the people who are helping the customer are probably under stress due to high call volume. After some miscommunication and a long process, Jessica took customer service to a whole new level. She really took care of us when it mattered most and all of our work is done. The work done, was done fantastically!
Yes! Our new air/heater unit works great. The service is great too.
I had a new water heater installed. Steven and his helper arrived on time and were very efficient, quick and tidy. Would recommend.
