I have been a patient of Dr. Stepp for the past 14 years. I moved out of town, approximately 10 years ago & I will gladly travel 1.5 hours to his office for my appointments. Dr. Stepp listens to you without interrupting and you always have his full attention. He asks questions to confirm clarity, then discusses the best options available for treatment. Dr. Stepp is a wonderful doctor and friend. He cares about you the patient both physically and mentally. I became acquainted with him several years ago as I watched him care for my dad. VERY CARING.
Highly recommend him! Listens very well, asks questions, great bedside manner. Works well with you, + helps with billing. Staff is friendly + has gone above and beyond to help with scheduling +questions.

Short wait. Amazing communication from PA to Dr Stepp himself. He has a calming demeanor, he’s kind and caring and shows it to every patient. He’s as comfortable answering your questions and concerns, as he is asking questions. He’s very thorough and professional.
Excellent physician who is extremely thorough. Takes the time to listen. He responds to all questions and makes sure you understand the answers. He also makes sure you understand the medical plan in place for you. He involves you in developing the medical plan for you. He and his medical team are all pleasant and efficient.

All the staff are courteous and professional. Britney, Dr. Stepp’s nurse, is upbeat, polite, and engaging. Dr. Stepp has the best bed side manner. He listens to everything you have to say, and works with you on coming up with solutions to help you. I cannot say enough good things about this office.
