I used Robert DePadua for years.I Resently visited his office and were surprised in the personel changes and lack of professionalism, the waiting room was empty so I can assume the decline didn't start yesterday. My visits are not illness related but are instead for mandated DOT physicals required for all cdl class drivers licenses.Because these phyicals are indeed required by law it is against the law to coerce these drivers into signing third party consent forms to share or sell their personal information.
