I want to give this review for a specific employee. I believe his name was Paul. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. What an amazing worker Dents has working for them. I would recommend Dents specifically because of Paul. Now on the opposite end. I couldn't give a full 5 stars because the other employee who came with Paul. (His name was Jesse I believe) He was rude and short tempered. When I tried to ask him questions he was angry and made it seem like I was bothering him. had to have a new furnace installed, very nice to do business with. took care of everything. good price !
Mike was excellent in helping me with my cold air return and hot air plenum. The sheet metal work was excellent. I am completely happy with what he made for me. Very nice person to talk with on what you need made. Thanks!!
