Dr. Burns has the credentials, experience and specialized skills that I was searching for when I was seeking treatment for a bilateral hernia. He is also the only surgeon in California, and one of only a handful of doctors in America, that perform the Desarda Technique, no mesh, hernia repair. My surgery went exactly as Dr. Burns had explained the procedure to me. I feel very fortunate to have been treated by him.
