Dr. Frederick and his staff were very friendly and very professional.
This doctor has no bedside manner. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. He is not versed in female urology problems. He lacks compassion for medical diagnosis' that he is not educated in and refuses to properly educate himself. He is entitled and rude. My entire family feels this as he fails to listen to his pt's concerns and fails to believe that urological stents are extremely painful and uncomfortable.
