This office and Dr. Chaitin are as incompetent as they come. Had to call for my test results, Dr.never reviewed them with me, and literally was told off by his entire staff just because I wanted to know the results of my 1000 dollar labs they ordered. This is wrong. Do your research on common lab testing pricing so you can at least give your patients an idea of what the lab will be charging. This is a disgraceful business. I have never experienced such lack of common curtesy and respect.

It is impossible for us to know all the fees of lab tests. We have signs in each exam room explaining this as there are thousands of blood/urine/pathology tests. I'm sorry you had this situation in my office, you called the office for tests results before I had a chance to call you first. I personally call every patient with lab result! Our office prides itself on treating each patient with courtesy and respect. To say this office is incompetent is aggressive and undeserving.
terrible, uncompassionate, refusal to see doctor , receptionist asked patient to leave and threatened to call police because we got off on the wrong foot, totally unprofessional. I would think before you make any appointment with this doctor. it was vile behavior

If you are delayed and arrive late for your appointment, every effort will be made to see you the same day. On occasion, you may be asked to wait or reschedule your appointment. This office is one of the most professional offices out there, my staff is not vile, in fact my staff is extremely compassionate.
