Caring and very attentive to my needs!
Every interaction I’ve had has been great - my latest issue that I did not believe could be fixed, was not only repaired but they went above and beyond - addressing an issue that has made me self conscious my entire life - and they literally changed my smile, and kept me comfortable the whole time. It seriously made me cry. They are exceptional. Absolutely recommend.
Doctor Franklin is the best dentist ever. My husband and I have been going to him since he was practicing in Waynesville, NC. We moved to Tennessee in 2022 and travel to Canton, NC to have him treat us because he's just spectacular! Dr. Franklin is the most caring and professional dentist to all his patients and we totally trust him. He is the reason we travel back to North Carolina for treatment. My husband and I both feel the same about Dr. Franklin and will continue to be his patients until we are too old to travel.
