Nurse and Dr Linn were very kind, very caring, professional, and very helpful. This doctor is always available, and always excellent with treatment and care. And yes, I always recommend Dr Linn to family, friends, and my students. Thank you so much.
The entire building did not have air conditioning. The temperature in the office was horrendous. I was informed that the AC has been broken for more than a week. I am appalled that you would allow staff to work in such horrid conditions. I was only in the office for a half an hour and was soaked with sweat by the time I left. I couldn't imagine how the staff felt. Even with the deplorable temperature the staff and Dr. Linn were very professional. Please put your employees ahead of making money.

Hope to be a patient here for a very long time
The MCR that checked me in for this appointment wasn't very friendly at all. She didn't introduce herself. She didn't smile. She was very dry. I worked for the Premier Network for a few years and I know that the things I mentioned above are supposed to be done by all patient facing employees. My co-pay was not collected at check-in. Unless this has changed it is supposed to be taken when a patient checks in. Now I'm going to have to go online and pay that bill. Not cool.
