Since I didn't want to endure a pinful procedure Amy Tees said " fine I will just say it is normal" and gave me not the meds that they have been giving me for my illness. This was unprofessional and uncalled for.
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have really great customer service here. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable. He always seems bored and depressed. I think he is just tired of the job and never does more than the bare minimum. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
