Nice and easy experience getting flowers
I was in a terrible bind with another floral business who at the last minute couldn’t deliver my flowers on time. I called Robert Florist and Spoke with Ruth. She was able to help me with my selection and deliver the flowers on the same day, helping me out of my bind. My mom loved her birthday flowers and they were so beautiful. Great customer service. I will use them always in the AV area now. .
Robert Florist was able to create and deliver three (3) beautiful flower arrangements for my family member funeral. I requested that all the arrangements matched. It was perfect. I was able to speak to the florist in the store and not an agent out of state or country. Thank you Ms.Lydia. You all are now our family florist.
I’m actually really sad. Got these and another bouquet on Valentine’s Day. I literally exchanged a set of flowers 2 days ago because of the same issue…. Different type of flower too. My mom was a florist and there’s many mistakes here that she noticed. And even the bottom of the stems were cut incorrectly … way to sharp of an angle on the bottom of the stems which is too large of a wound & leads to infection really easily. Not to mention other issues. They should have lasted 10-14 days & considering the price is really wild ... read more
I needed some sympathy flowers right away and couldn't find anything in Acton. I remembered using Roberts Florist for my grandpa's funeral that we had recently so i decided to go there. I only had an option of 2 bouquets that where already made that had enough white flowers in them. But she had lots of different bouquets for every occasion which was nice.
