I needed some sympathy flowers right away and couldn't find anything in Acton. I remembered using Roberts Florist for my grandpa's funeral that we had recently so i decided to go there. I only had an option of 2 bouquets that where already made that had enough white flowers in them. But she had lots of different bouquets for every occasion which was nice. I ordered a boquet for a friend's birthday and explained that purple was our friend's favorite color. The boquet was gorgeous. Five different types of flowers in shades of purple. Our friend loves the boquet. The florist was very nice and helpful and the pricing was reasonable.
My daughter surprise me on my birthday with flowers from this florist. First they delivered the flowers a week early, then my daughter called to let them know, to make it up, they said they will send another one on the correct date. The 2nd arrangement came, the card and the sender was for someone else. Very poor service.
Ordered flowers, 2 balloons and a bear. Flowers were already overpriced and they charged a 17 dollar delivery fee, they ended up not bringing the bear and said that the driver could not come back to drop it off. Can only refund the money, the lady on the phone said it is what it is...... With that attitude I would not recommend this place to anyone. Advoid this place there are many better options! I use to love this place so much but lately there’s just little effort . I sent flowers for someone’s specials birthday. When ordering they ask ..what message to write.They didn’t even write it or say it was from me . What’s the point of asking a paying customer , what our message is & they just put my phone # as my name ? The writing on the card was so ugly too . How tacky and annoying
