I have had nothing but problems after paying over 13 thousand dollars there for them to replace the engine in my 2021 Chevy which shouldn’t have needed to be replaced in the first place!!!
This company scammed me by falsely advertising a vehicle and then selling me something different. When I tried to contact the General Manager Rhett to find a solution to the situation, he proceeded to yell and insult me over the phone. I have even contacted an attorney who agreed that it was fraud. Yet the company still has no resolution. Service department Called Thursday evening saying no techs available to CK truck out in the morning do I need to reschedule after I took off work / Mr Desmond at parts department said he couldn't look up battery for my truck with out vin # I was driving so I couldn't get at the time and my vehicle was in need of a battery so I was trying to figure out which one I need but no help from RF parts department 8/29/25
