Me and my friends were today celebrating my friend’s birthday. Sophia was great and Manager Jose was checking that everything was in order. We will come back
Purchased new Equinox last year with no issues. Car was totaled in August. Insurance took months to pay off. Meanwhile forced to rent car. Begged to buy something as I did not want another brand new car. I was lied to repeatedly and apparently only wanted to sell me another brand new car. Finally went to Jacksonville where I had no problem getting a car—-used. Ironically Robert Fender finally contacts me Monday saying they had approval for a 2025 Trailblazer!!!!!! I will never do business with them again!!!!!!!
My salesman Chris Hewett was absolutely amazing and helpful through the whole process. I wasn't forced into a vehicle that I didn't want and was able to pick the exact truck I wanted. There was never no pressure and honestly the best car shopping experience I have ever had.
