Painful Experience After one appointment that took 3 1/2 hours where I was moved from one chair after another to watch and listen to Dr. Ruper attend to patient after patient a decision was made between him and his assistant that I come back for another appointment for a procedure to reduce the astigmatism in my left eye to improve acuity of vision and reduce the extreme halos I see both night and day. Uncaring Money Mongers When I first arrived, I was ignored, while the doctor introduced himself to an intern. Then when I was acknowledged, the receptionist made me cry. The person who had scheduled me promised they accepted my insurance and that it wouldn't be a problem to look it up. The one who made me cry said they would just bill me since I did not have all the information they wanted.
