Dr Morgan and Nurse Practitioner Eileen have both treated me with respect. They are always very attentive to my needs and address all my concerns. Staff is very friendly. I have been a patient for 10+ years.
I always walk out of my visits very disappointed and extremely discouraged. The nurse practitioner nor the Dr. ever seem to give a straight answer and acts as though you are neurotic for having issues. Like issues such as heart palpitations, a cough that has lasted years or nerve damage symptoms in hand are no big deal. They refuse to have xrays or scans done. For anyone looking for a doctor, I would suggest another doctor as I wasted too much time with this one.
Completely unprofessional! Became aggressive after I asked a simple question. Very condescending. Did not explain anything as to what was wrong nor did he explain why there were differences in two of my blood draws. Put his hands in my face basically saying he was the doctor and acted as if I was worth nothing. He then printed out a referral to another facility, threw it at me and told me to find another doctor because he would not see someone who thought they knew more than him. God complex
Rude - shouted at me and my wife who is in severe back nerve pain and he hung up on her when we called after hours because his staff forgot to call in the needed meds to our pharmacy - he was the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my 56 years, and am trying to inform others not to use him or his staff - they will instantly be appealed....
Treats patient like they are guilty of a crime for getting sick. Very condescending. Has God complex, Thinks because he is the dr and you are the patient you must do exactly what he says without question. Like to throw pills at a problem instead of finding out what problem is. The office staff is equally as bad.
