Third home purchased and our best experience yet. We literally looked at one house together and he picked us out the PERFECT place. We were bought and moved in within a month. He had the hook up for all the right partners for mortgage and insurance and he negotiated us a fast and fab deal with ease. Rob’s confident and connect and charismatic and I’m going to recommend him to whomever I can as we really can’t thank him enough. Guys- you should see our rooftop views. It’s stellar.

Unprofessional Experience with Security Deposit Handling & Management I had an extremely disappointing experience renting from Robert Erickson. Despite the property itself being adequate, the dealings regarding my security deposit were highly unprofessional and concerning. The landlord attempted to withhold my security deposit citing that "he did not have the funds" to return it, which is not only unethical but also illegal.
