My experience with this facility and the staff is always positive. I never wait longer than 30 minutes. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I love the fact that my physician has a sense of humor, he listens, and he's honest.

The experience was great. The staff are always so kind and professional, even in the lab. The phlebotomist is very personable as well, as she makes you feel at ease. Dr. Ehinger is wonderful and I have always seen him as that type of physician, even in the days where he would see patients at Cone. I have been a patient of Dr. Ehinger's since he started at the Village. He has always been very friendly, helpful, concerned, treats me with respect, very caring and always has a good suggestion for my care. His staff is the same whether I am checking in, getting lab tests or checking out. Great group of people.
