They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
