Very nice doctor very pleasant to talk to and his staff out going made me feel at home he listens and he don’t miss any questions I’ve asked and he will answer everything I ask and he’s very knowledgeable and he’s not your friend nor the insurance company friend he’s there to speak the truth of your disability and your road to recovery and he sends his report and findings within the 10 days if I could I would wrap my personal vehicle with his logo he’s an outstanding doctor.
I’m not sure how they came up with 3.5 stars as it should have been ZERO
Very difficult to contact... Phones often turned off... Office staff curt and uncaring... His wife works in the office and is miserable and nasty...
Doesn't send paperwork to DMV when required to. He never talks to the patient, has nurse practitioner do it. Poor patient care. Wouldn't take my dog there
Dr. Todd is down to earth and speaks in a way you can understand him. I came from a different neurologist and it was a horrible experience. Dr. Todd's staff are always pleasant and I have never waited more than five minutes to get in.
