I have seen two different hygienists at Dr. Rigby's office and both times they were incredibly detail oriented. I never felt belittled or looked down upon for the less than perfect flossing (or lack there of, lets be honest). Dr. Rigby took both occasions to let me know what my mouth needed, could use or might need in the future. There was no pressure to do anything right now, unless I wanted to.
