Another great visit! The staff at Patterson always takes their time with you and makes sure your questions are answered. This time I had Madi then a follow up with Taminy both were very professional and friendly.
Seriously this place is amazing. Customer service is always on par ... but today proves they’re exceptionally awesome. One of the bars on my daughter’s mouth appliance popped off... and She leaves for an 8-week summer vacation out of state TONIGHT 😳. So, I called the emergency number, and they got her in immediately. This is a Saturday at 9:30 am ... this gal stopped her weekend for us, met us at the office, fixed the issue and did a thorough check up as well. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Would not replace a lost retainer that I was guaranteed by Dr. Young. Could have at least contacted Dr. Young's patients to let them know you would not honor any of his braces aftercare, since you bought his business...Really dissapointing, but that's the real world of making money....
Lost three months worth of Invisalign trays(12 trays) in a move. I called a little less than a week before my appointment to tell them and they made a note about it. So I go into my appointment six days later and they have all of my trays plus the rest of my treatment already ordered and there ready for me! No additional charges added to my treatment plan! I believe Patterson Orthordontist is the best dental office in Prescott! They are very professional with a friendly and warm atmosphere. I can always get an appointment for the time I need and they never keep me waiting! They have 2 offices in Prescott and Prescott Valley for my convenience. Their prices are very reasonable and their quality of work is excellent. My daughter loves going there! Dr. Patterson is very active in the community and we always get invites for community events.
Got my braces off this week! Patterson orthodontics made the whole process super easy and I'm so glad I chose this office to create my perfect smile! Thank you all so much!
