Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Dr. Gilliam was my husband's dentist when he was a child and became our family dentist when we got married and started a family. We've developed a wonderful relationship with all the staff (2 members of his staff are part of Dr. Gilliam's immediate family), and my children actually love going to the dentist! Even my deep seeded fears of dentists were washed away after my first couple of check-ups with Dr. Gilliam. He's a great dentist.
