I don't even want to give a 1. Kaiser is a complete joke. Its socialized medicine. When you have to call to get result's on a neck x-ray, that's ridiculous. When you have an 83 person in pain and cant communicate to them and help them get better, that's abuse. Absolutely disgusting organization!
This doctor appears to rely heavily on having their staff respond to their messages. Twice in 6 months this doctor's staff cut and pasted general advice in responses. Both of those times suggesting my taking medication that I'm highly allergic to. They clearly don't read your chart and prioritize just getting you a response and moving on. I hope this changes for future patients.
