Not too swift, person who called me regarding my referral & appointment scheduling never mentioned that I would have to personally get and turn onto them my imaging cd ... said all I needed was, driver's license, medical card and that was it !!!! Nope, went to scheduled appointment, checked in, vitals, talking about my appointment to her & low ans behold my appointment was entirely canceled because I didn't bring the imaging ... never told to ??? All in all it was a bust. Not too happy by no means.
