This is the friendliest office I have ever visited. From check-in to assistants, to x-ray, to Dr Miles and Dr Coles. Every question I had was answered completely and patiently. Appointments always started on time, no delays. I knew exactly what to expect from my surgery, no surprises. I really don’t want to have surgery again, but if I did I would choose Dr Cole’s.
Emerge Ortho was incredible! Dr. Coles was very helpful, listen to all of my concerns, and the cortisone injection was virtually painless. Front staff and x-ray tech were friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend this practice.
Discussion about upcoming surgery eased my mind. Thank you!
