We started seeing Dr. Byrne when our current primary dr. retired. I am very happy that he was recommended by the office. As a uterine cancer survivor, he explained more to me than my gynecological oncologist did. He has always been attentive to our needs and answers questions in a way you can understand and he does not do it in a condescending manner.
I moved to Holyoke a few years ago and found Dr. Byrne by chance. Was I ever lucky! He listens, returns calls quickly, spends time with you, and seems genuinely concerned about each patient's health. A breast cancer survivor of 5+ years, he serves a dual purpose as my oncologist and GP. Couldn't be happier.
Dr seems nice when you meet him but when you have a very difficult medical issue, he disappears, he does not return calls, does not respond to messages, don’t give you referrals, you need to ask for your medication refills. When you request the records to go somewhere else, the office deletes you immediately from their portal so you don’t cobra t the office. Office is worst! Personnel is not helpful and rude. I will never return to this doctor.
Following a Dx of Breast Cancer, Dr. Byrne has been my primary physician. He has an easy way of explaining things. Always answers my questions. I have full confidence in him as my doctor.
The staff is friendly. Dr. Byrne is very thoughtful and listens to my concerns. I can call him whenever I have a problem
Dr. Byrne has been treating my husband for years for CLL he is the best and his staff are all great. Very organize and never wait to see him. Returns phone calls very quickly. He is a very dedicated doctor to his patients we are very thankful for all that he does.
