I went to my appt. A little before the time I was told on the phone. When I arrived the lady at the desk said,I was supposed to be there 8 minutes earlier. I assured her I wrote down the time. She spoke to Dr. Burky. Another you g lady came out and said they were over booked And asked did I want to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor came out and I told her it was unproffesional and rude to turn me away because they were over booked. My experience does not match the other reviews here. I was referred to Dr. Burke’s office after breaking my Fibula and Tibia. The young lady-(Christina, I believe) was incredible rude over the phone when I inquired on the process and timeframe I should expect for a appointment. She told me “the doctor would get to me when he could”. My sister who is a patient and referred Dr. Burke called them to discuss the treatment I had received.
