Ah, I see from some previous reviews, that I am not alone, with experiencing rude service from the manager. This individual's name is Paul.When I attempted to ask advice, Paul was, sullen, unfriendly, unhelpful, and displayed astonishing levels of indifference. Thankfully, the other two members of staff were very helpful.
Ordered an air fryer online. Informed it was in stock the next day. Zero hassle.
Means some friends decided to go for look dog toys for our dogs, we all have dogs however, within two minutes of entering the shop, we were approached by an elderly looking female staff member Asking what we were looking For I responded dog toys A couple of my friends were facing the other way looking at the other toys for humans. Horrific experience with the Manager today, the rude Irish man as it would seem from some of these reviews has a reputation. I use the DHL service most weeks in the Witney store and the lady who normally assists me is absolutely fantastic, she goes above and beyond.
