Both my children see dr. Dervol and I have to say he is one of my absolute favorites, he is always thurow, kind and caring if you have kids I hily recommend him.
Dr. Drvol had has been my PCP for many years and he is extremely thorough with every evaluation and diagnoses I have received from him. He always makes it to See me if I'm in the hospital, and he has such an excellent bedside manner and is so full of compassion just seeing him and his team always helps me to feel better! He has so many patients he looks after, therefore sometimes things come up that he had to attend to and the wait can be a bit longer to see him. He is well worth the wait!!!
Last week, he was 45m late & I didn't complain but today I took my son to his apt. After an hour and a half, I asked about this FOR The FIRST TIME. I was met w/ rude nurses who told me there were still 2 people in front of me and they couldn't venture to guess how much longer we'd be waiting. I had to go back into work so after driving 25m one way and waiting for almost 2 hours, we had to leave w/out being seen. My son is sick.. he was supposed to get blood work and a referral to a GI doc!!
