He appears fantastic on paper, and perhaps he is in certain areas, but his bedside manner is full of arrogance. An arrogant doctor and cancer are not synergistic. I had heard this from other former patients but decided to have an open mind. When you ask questions, he explains them in terms that are over your head and when you ask a question about that complex answer, he responds with a tone that comes across as annoyed and surprised that you did not understand.
