We are so grateful for Dr. Dershewitz. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. He was able to catch symptoms of a rare illness in my daughter and immediately sent us to the right hospital; protecting her from life-long complications because he acted so quickly. My 3 year daughter loves him. He listens to all concerns and always gives thoughtful ideas and responses to help.
Dr. Dershewitz diagnosed my child with a rarely diagnosed disorder fairly quickly. Many doctors are unaware of the condition. I am thankful he recognized it right away, because of this, we were able to find the right specialist.
The staff there has no bedside manners what so ever. Because what they wrote in my son's medical documents I cannot find another doctor for my kids. They black ball my kids from going to certain doctors so i had to change my insurance. It's been a couple months now and yet still trying to find a doctor for my one and a half year old. What kind of Staff what do that to anyone's child. If I can do 0 Stars that's what it would be
He is a very kind and attentive doctor. We were having issues with my 1 year old son. Got turned away and blown off by 2 other doctors said he was fine. He actually listens to the parents concerns and doesn't shove meds down kids like it's candy. He was able to help my son get back to his normal bubbly self and we couldn't be more pleased!
Knowledgeable and caring. I would not look for another pediatrician.
