Squeezed me in same day. Quick diagnosis and resolution. Great experience.
Due to severe hip pain dr Rabalais squeezed me in same day. After some X-rays, a thorough exam and listening to my symptoms he gave me a shot in the hip and ordered some additional tests. I had relief the same day ! I appreciate his prioritization in accommodating me. Not my first issue I have seen him for but always my first choice.
This visit I got more than I bargained for. He told me he had to draw fluid off my knee, this has been my personal experience, this time it was painful. In the process of him removing the fluid I heard something in my knee like it was a scratch on a chalkboard . After the visit I have been to lake after hours, and the emergency room twice in one week because I was in so much pain. I have been on pain killers and muscle relaxers. Now I am in physical therapy and I am paying the bill.
Dr explained everything and put off a trip to do my surgery!

Dr. Rabalais possesses the core competencies of an excellent physician in the areas of patient care, medical knowledge, communication and professionalism. I was very pleased with my surgical care and my PT therapy at BROC in Zachary.
Dr Rabalais office set up and appointment for my knee injury very quickly . Within 48 hours I was in office for a consultation/ assessment. The office and staff could not have been more accommodating. Dr Rabalais had done surgery on my other knee for a torn meniscus 5 years ago , and will likely be taking care of this knee as soon as the insurance approved everything .
