Try being more honest Mr. Eckard! As a former client who had nothing but great things to say, now not so great. Don't tell potential clients how you'll "aggressively" fight for them during their case, quote them $20,000 (plus an addn'l $10K if it goes to trial and then firmly shake hands at close of appointment only to send out a letter of rejection (written the same day as my consultation).
