Everyone needs to give the new guy a chance!!! Dr. Roberts was great!
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see Dr. Roberts , however, my visit today was very pleasant with Kristy and Susan was her usual self, very pleasant and friendly. So happy the Setzer staff is still there.
Dr Roberts and staff are wonderful! Extremely friendly and they make you feel comfortable. They truly care about their patients and you can see how much they enjoy their work.
My experience was great
Happy to have the same staff members as when Dr Setzer was practicing (we loved him and will miss him). Susan, behind the desk is always a joy to see when we first walk in, Ashley is very professional and very good at her job. Dr Roberts is very thorough and a very pleasant dentist. we look forward to many more years with him.
Even though Dr. Roberts is a UNC Chapel Hill graduate, I must say my experience with him today was outstanding:) He took time to answer my questions and in a manner that was fully understandable. And I look forward to my next appointment. If you don't have a dentist at present, I highly recommend him.
