I have been going to Dr. Salgonik for 15+ years now and never had an issue. Today they lost me as a loyal customer. I dropped my glasses off for them to change the lenses to match my new prescription. Today when I picked them, they were ruined. $400 Versace frames. Rosie, the manager, needs to work on her customer service and compassion skills with her patients. I work in healthcare and never treat my patients like she just treated me. Went to dr salganik for eye exam. They checked my glasses and scratched them badly then refused to admit they did it! Only after complaining 3 times did he offer a 10% discount on his already inflated prices! I would have been ok if he had only taken accountability for his actions but he was rude and tried to blame it all on me. I will never use this business again.
