Dr Ross is so professional. He is friendly and obviously brilliant. He always makes me comfortable, love his sense of humor, unusual office decor, and every single staff member!
Okay, if you are someone who doesn't like waiting, I'd suggest you go somewhere else where the doctor will rush you through on time. However, if you are REALLY worried about your eyes and want someone who takes time with you and cares about how you're doing, go see Dr. Ross. Yes, you will wait, but it's worth it.

Doc. Ross is a kind, compassionate, and highly skilled man. My wife had an eye emergency on Friday afternoon. We live 1.5 hours away from his clinic. He saw her Friday night (we were there till 7pm), and on Sat and on Sun (after a funeral). I lost my job so we were medicade patients at the time, this fact never factored into his level of kindness, respect and professionalism he showed to both me and my wife. There are many gifted Doctors, but fewer who have the skill and the compassion too.
