Not a good experience at all. Couldn’t contact the office for a month after my son ran out of meds for his adhd. Dr was out for reasons I could understand but his office workers never responded to emails phone calls for over a month. When children are dealing with developmental issues you should have someone covering your office. In the initial appoint Dr. Keder portrays a compassionate provider wanting to help your child succeed. He’ll tell you to email him if there’s any questions or concerns. He will however never respond to your emails. I tried getting a f/u appointment in aug and was told I couldn’t get my son in until may. He needed to be on adhd meds and I spent a year trying to get him the help he needed to succeed. We had three appointments with Dr. Keder. Over 30 minutes late to every one without notice unless I called the office repeatedly. Never completed an assessment or evaluation with my daughter. Gave the same ‘scripted’ parenting advice at every appointment. Never completed assessments or evaluations despite my concerns. He fails to tailor his consultation to the knowledge and experience of the parent. I felt unheard and dismissed. His last report he referred to my daughter’s behaviors of concern as ‘annoying’.
