The nurse before Dr. Hong was great and from that I expected a great visit. I couldn’t remember all the cancer history in my family and when the nurse left I had a quick call just for someone to answer a yes or no question about if they had cancer so I could inform the doctor for his knowledge of health history in my family. I have been to four doctors this year regarding the same issue. This was the first time I really felt heard and hopeful, Dr. Hong listened and is able to address my concern.
Dr Hong is kind, caring and takes his time explaining any procedure and any options . He has navigated this cancer journey with me and I will be forever grateful!
I’m very happy with Dr Hong as my urologist. He is thorough and very relatable . My appointments are never hurried which leads me to believe that he is patient centered.
