Long, long wait even when you arrive early. Should have taken a que when a patient already there decided to reschedule. The wait continues once called from the waiting room. Staff and the doctor are all pleasant individuals and he does provide decent explanation of the diagnosis. Just shocked when the recommended procedure is given lower priority than elective procedures. That's telling the patient their pain which is affecting their quality of life is all in their head, even when xrays prove it isn't.
I did tell her. Dr Frankfather is an Excellent Doctor.
