I went on their website and selected three ideal times for an appointment. I immediately received a canned response advising me I would be contacted with an appointment asap. That never happened. After a week I called and was told they couldn’t tell if I was a new patient or not. I advised I was a new patient. They then advised they could not accept me. Very poor communication and follow up. If this is how this practice is ran, go somewhere else!!!
Had neck pain for years. Within a few visits and home exercises given, I’ve had no pain for the past 5 years. Doc rocks!
I’ve been seeing a chiropractor since I was 8 years old & have never seen such blatant disregard for honesty & patient care as I did in the three interactions I had with this office. His staff member, Susan, out-and-out lied to me about my concern about over irradiation by x-rays. Their equipment is from 1998 (I asked) which means that is uses far more radiation than newer equipment. Susan claimed x-rays are “required by state law.” Dr. Finley wreaks of egotism and is, in my opinion, a bully.
Very kind staff, the Dr. Really listens and has a desire to help.
