The worst medical service I’ve ever had in my life. It took me three months to get this zoom call appointment. I went on at 3:05 to join the call but it wouldn’t work. It said my mic and camera was already in use, but it wasn’t. I tried over and over resetting my phone. Finally I called them at 3:20 and she said I missed my window of opportunity and they can’t see me till the end of August. That’s six months. I will have waited to see a doctor.
