Doctor Coats is One of best doctor I met he was very Nice and he knows what he was doing very knowledgeable Thank you very much God bless you and family
My husband sustained a work related injury His finger was severed and many bones were crushed Dr.Coates has been amazing He has an excellent bed-side manner and is very good at what he does the staff is wonderful 👍😊
Dr Coats was very rude talking down to my son and I. He was the surgeon on call and it took the hospital almost a full day for him to return there calls. My son amputated the top of his finger and he wouldn't do anything not even give him a antibiotic and sent him home after saying he never should of been at the hospital. We'll next day it began to stink and very painful so see went to silvercross hospital and they found a hand specialist that did surgery right away and probably saved what was left of his finger. Dr. Coats may be the worst doctor I’ve ever came across! His staff is rude, they never pick up the phone, they never return messages, and there was once a time they were supposed to fax progress notes to my insurance so that I could get my MRI that Dr. Coats referred for me. My time and gas was wasted going 40 min away just to get turned around because of his irresponsible staff not doing their job.
