Mr. Clarke is very friendly and professional. He does a good job helping me with any health issues.
I have gone to Mr.Clarke a few times now. There has never been anything pleasant or unpleasant about him. He always just left me with a feeling that he would rather be anywhere else than dealing with me. Today was the last time I’ll ever visit him. He was down right rude and mean when I asked him for some information and potential testing. I will never go back to him again. No patient should ever be made to feel the way I did today.
I had an appointment at 8:45am. I checked in with the receptionist at 8:43am, I was not called back until 9:10am, and then waited for him until 9:50am. I was simply coming in for a pregnancy confirmation. I waited over an hour for him to come in, push on my stomach and tell me I can go down stairs for labs. Ridiculous! He is not my normal doctor, and I definitely will not see him when my doctor is out again.
Mr. Clarke is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and listens. He responds quickly to MyChart emails.
