Have been a patient of Dr Martins since 2006. He has successfully treated me through 4 cancers and I would not hesitate having him treat and or operate on me again!
He is a professional doctor that treats with respect and kindness. He explains his treatment plans well.
I am still working through my medical issue but I feel I am in great hands.
Dr. Martin is an excellent doctor. He operated on me in the summer of 2011. So thankful that God sent me to this surgeon. Bottom line is that Dr. Martin saved my life and I am doing great in December 2023. Thank you so much Dr. Martin! You are the best!

11 years ago this July had surgery
Dr Martin saved my life not being from Louisville I found Dr Martin through my daughter . I was told by a surgeon from back home that surgery wasn’t an option that I would bleed out on the table . I sent my records down to Dr Martin and within a month I was in the exam room . Dr Martin said he would do the surgery and much to my surprise Dr Martin was upbeat and talking positive something I hadn’t heard yet since being diagnosed with cancer he was talking about 1 , 2 , 3 years down the road . Dr. Martin and Melanie, as well as the entire staff are absolutely top notch and know what they are experts in their field. They were with us throughout this complicated disease and were always candid and compassionate, answering all questions and making us feel that they were an extension of us. We highly recommend Dr. Martin and team!
Please run as fast as you can... The worst Dr office ever they have ABSOLUTELY no compassion. After waiting a few weeks to finally see the "So called specialist" Melanie comes to the window and I quote:"the deal is we do not take your insurance". THE DEAL IS??? Seriously??? This is people lives . Could you or can you choose your words when talking to pain suffering patients and their families???
