The picture wearing lavender is the before. The rest half my hair is gone. with the gray hair was after getting my hair done here. I've always had thick, beautiful, healthy hair. Robert Caro dyed my hair dark gray and I lost HALF my hair due to damage of getting my hair done here. I was not going to leave a bad review, but living this way is traumatizing, embarrassing, and horrible. My hair was beautiful and thick. Now it's stringy, thin, and literally HALF OF IT IS GONE.
