I had the best experience with Dr. K, Amber, and their entire staff. They are so personable and friendly. The reason I went with Dr. K is because so many of my friends had amazing results by him. When I went in for my consultation and every appointment since then, he has been very thorough and detail oriented.

I am updating my original review in response to the office’s public reply, as it contains multiple inaccuracies that need to be corrected. To clarify, the physician who treated me in the emergency room was the on-call doctor that night. This was part of his scheduled responsibility, not an extraordinary accommodation. VERY Disappointed EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL KEPT CONTINUES LYING TO ME . I drove 5 hours there and 5 hours right back the staff repeatedly told me that they sent all my information to my insurance company numerous of time lies and more lies my insurance company didn’t receive any information from them at all . Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I have been attempting to schedule a medically necessary procedure with this office since July after receiving full prior authorization approval from Cigna. Despite repeated calls, texts, portal messages, and follow-ups over several months, my communications were consistently ignored.
